Stephen Bohn Architect

Steve is a good architect who has already designed two remodeling projects for us and now has just finished designing a complicated major remodel of the back of our 1930s era house. He does a very thorough job and has always worked whatever features we wanted into his designs. My husband is an engineer so he is very picky about details and is happy that Steve does such a fine, detailed job. We highly recommend Steve as an architect!

I'm a painting contractor in Tucson and have referred several complicated remodeling jobs to Steve.  They were outside my scope of work and I knew he could take the design work and run with it.  Both times the owners  were really happy with his work.  The second time I was able to meet with Steve and the business owner after the remodeling was complete.  He was a big help and the owner wrote me a letter thanking me.

Steve has been working with me for the past year and a half as the architect for my preschool.  He helped get me through a renovation, and the very specific AZDHS requirements in order to get approved for a child care license.  I also have a fully licensed commercial kitchen at the preschool and he drew incredibly detailed and accurate architectural plans and  submitted everything to the Pima County Health Department and The City of Tucson.  Recently, I made some modifications to my existing child care license and Steve was there for me again add some outdoor play area space and diapering area to one of my classrooms.  He is friendly, helpful and knowledgable and he is willing to go above and beyond the scope of most architect duties by contacting the City of Tucson Broadway expansion project manager and walking me through zoning requirements and other steps I needed to take to improve my business.  I highly recommend Steve if you want an affordable and timely architect who is detail oriented and a great communicator.
