Campus Crossings at Star Pass

Apartment was a bit torn up and very dirty upon arrival, even though it said it had been cleaned and the previous residents only moved out recently. Also, the signs on the pool and facilities suggested they would open up again after move-in finished, and then they didn't. Additionally the office staff wasn't helpful in getting me access to my account until I went to them in person on move-in day, when I arrived in Tucson. Other than that it's been good. Great amenities, good price. Update: I paid $300 to switch units and requested specific units ordered from most desired to less desired. Also referred some friends to Star Pass. Somehow despite paying $300 to move units AND being an established resident, management SILENTLY gave my top requested apartment to the brand new residents that I literally referred. I was given no statement on the fact that I didn't get my requested apartment and no matter how many emails I sent I couldn't even get a response. I knew I was taking a risk that it wouldn't be available but the fact I had to find out from my friends that it WAS available when I moved and that THEY had gotten it instead was incredibly frustrating. And they didn't even grace me with a reply when I asked why this happened. Also, the pool was usually kinda dirty and the hottub was usually broken. But still a pretty nice apartment, especially for the price, apart from some management and maintenance of amentity issues.

Ample resident and visitor parking is a complete lie. If you get home anytime past 9pm, good luck finding a place to park for the night. And they dont do anything about it.

Would give 0 stars if I could. There was no visitor parking so I parked on uncovered parking for about 45 minutes while visiting a friend for her birthday. Came out to leave and my car had been towed without warning on a Friday!! Had to pay overnight parking for 3 nights before being able to get it on Monday once their offices opened. Very unprofessional and honestly feels illegal.

Comfortable living very close to campus. super convenient that its fully furnished. Honestly becoming overpriced for how outdated everything is but its okay. Pool was always closed for something and halls where always dirty. Its okay for a first apartment but dont think I would recommend
