Dont count on getting your deposit back. Also, the maintenance workers will just walk into your house at any time without warning. I have had too many instances with this and as a woman, it was terrifying to come out of the shower in a towel with a man standing in my apartment. The office staff is unfriendly and unhelpful with any issues regarding the apartment or any of the workers. I also guess its just that type of apartment complex where people stash stolen cars and they take up parking spots (for months) for people with multiple cars or people visiting the residents. AlsoTERMITES Had an incident where my upstairs neighbor spilt a mobile washing machine and made our ceiling leak and the apartment complex did nothing about it and said there was no way we were going to get mold growing inside the air vents. Another incident of a fellow neighbor getting broken into. Had a huge hole in my outdoor storage due to a tree growing inside it just for them to not fix/cover it up for at least six months. Had multiple nights of neighbors throwing parties and blocking our front door with the parties right outside our door and also blocked me in once with a mattress they left on the same front door. Had many incidences where ac and heater werent working and they refused to fix right away. Had an incident where my water heater leaked and they fixed it and never cleaned up the mess. And lastly, had someone shatter my sliding glass door all for them to have one of my cats go missing and put up a wooden board (which was put on very poorly leaving gaps causing unlivable circumstances).

Irma was totally rude and very unprofessional. Zero regard for people with disabilities. She made it very clear she thought of them as subhuman. I have never been more mortified and heartbroken in a professional setting in my whole life.

Bad customer service, unhelpful to tenants when there is issue with theft or disturbances, late responses, difficult to retrieve packages due to randomly closing office or having long chats with other people and rudely making you wait instead of breaking away from the conversation for a brief moment, threatens tenants when the tenants make complaint about a service issue from post office and when they think something is out of compliance but doesn't care if someone parks in your spot
