        Nice work. I think it is a much improved complex. There is surely much more to do. I feel more comfortable and safe. I hope that soon you will construct some places where I can have my car some safely covered.

        Roaches, water damage, and a "landlord special" paint job. Asked for screens on my windows when I moved in 6 months ago, still missing them. The water gets shut off constantly with very little notice for maintenance. Half the laundry machines do not work correctly. Currently the water is taking about 10 minutes to get hot... but hey at least it's "affordable"
