        I have been living here for several years and have never regretted this choice. Very good and responsive management. Any request is fulfilled immediately. If anyone is looking for a place to live I highly recommend it.

        Ive lived here for 5 months now and my whole experience here is amazing. This is my first apartment so it was very relieving that I didnt have to experience the crazy apartment stories people have told at other places. The ladies at the front are always so welcoming and sweet, pool, gym, and laundry room is clean, apartments here is renovated so brand new appliances, and theres no bug problems whatsoever. I would recommend anyone this place even if youre first timers.

        The staff is courteous and helpful. For the most part the other residents are also with there being a few exceptions concerning children being rude and dog piles being left. The water pressure is low which is frustrating.

        Everything is as good as it gets. The only problem, here at Ascent, is that there is no security. No gate, no outdoor camers and no night foot patrol except for me and my dog.
