    Hailey has helped me thru my entire process! And then the manager came thru with the finishing touches! They move as a unit! Such a pleasant culture! My unit was so beautiful and just what me my babies needed!

    Love the studio area, nice and quiet. Wendy ~the manager~ has been amazing with me.. very friendly and people oriented. If you work with her on any issue, she'll go above and beyond to help you out in any way that she can and her door is always open for the residents! Great improvement by bringing Wendy in! Thank you!

    I love living in this apartment complex Wendy has done a great job when asked to fix stuff it gets done and she thinks about the staff and the residents but stuff dose get done I been living here a 1 year and just signed a other year if you're looking for a place to rent or live I would pick Canyon Creek apartments

    It's really changed since I've been here over a few years, and I'm not sure if I'll renew. First, the pros and then the cons. Pros: 1. The location is great. 2. Assigned covered parking is a plus. 3. Maintenance request are done in a timely matter whenever they are fully staffed. 4. The staff is friendly and accommodating. 5. The roach situation has improved a lot! Cons: 1. They are allowing *Section 8*, which means there goes the neighborhood. I didn't know this until I heard an office staff talking to some Sec. 8 residents. 2. Staff turnover is incredible, like every 3 months, new office staff, Mgr, and maintenance staff. 3. As fast as people are moving in, they are moving out. It could be the Section 8 residents coming and going. Or residents who have real jobs and careers getting priced out, so they can accommodate getting that free Govt money. 4. I've noticed the empty units are in really horrible shape after residents leave. And that usually happens with Section 8. 5. They are always sending texts out about not backing into your parking space. But you are backing out when you leave? This makes no sense, but they don't pay attention to the residents who are parking in handicapped spaces with no proper tag or license plate. Or the residents parking in other people's spaces because they can't walk an extra 20 yards? And the residents smoking marijuana in front of their units, which is disgusting.
