Called for inspection on unit damaged by hail 7/16 fins damaged and need replaced. Unit working so all that was needed was a 10 minute call to confirm what I already knew Fins had been replaced by Scott two years ago so they had all the info. Numerous phone calls after 4 weeks still no response . Same excuse every time we have to do emergencies first but youre on are list I even said if youre too busy just tell me. NOTHING happened Would expect at least a phone call
