(Late Review) back in August, our AC wasn't blowing cold air and would not shut off. I called the after hours number and at first they said it won't be until about 9pm until a tech can be there. (No big deal, I know how busy they get) and about 5 minutes later, Wyatt calls me and says he will be there in about 30 minutes. He came all the way down to Green Valley after he was off to help out the on call tech. He was extremely knowledgeable, really enjoyed explaining how my system worked and what he was doing and it just turned out to be VERY frozen coils. Wyatt did an excellent job and even told me what to do next time it happens and how it's common and easy to fix. Thanks, Wyatt!

On multiple occasions, I have seen their vehicles run the stop sign just west of their shop on the way in to work in the morning. When I called the office about it, the woman who answered said she didn't know who it was so couldn't do anything about it even though she was told the time it occurred.
