2nd Chance Treatment Center

I have had multiple problems with 2nd chance, they are not professional. The receptionist quit while I was there and I was waiting for 40 minutes just to be told I needed to reschedule. very disappointed really tried to make it work but I will not be coming back. :(

Camille at the front desk is very rude. She was unhelpful and even hung up on me while trying to find out about my sons appointment. I asked to speak with people that I have already spoken to and she told me I was not allowed. What kind of service is this. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Therapist was great, front desk was terrible. I had a 9 am telehealth appt and was in the virtual waiting room waiting and waiting and waiting, the upper right hand kept saying "waiting on provider." I figured a previous meeting was running late until about it hit 9:11, I figured I should see what's going on, I logged out and logged back in and this time it connected all the way through, I thought that was good, but figured I should still give the office a call since I was still waiting. I looked at my phone and had 3 missed calls at 9:10 from their office number. I called the number and her story was all over the place. She said she was covering for someone else who usually does these so I was totally okay at first, but then she started blaming me like "well the provider is in the room 15 minutes before the scheduled time and I called 10 minutes before that time..." I said no... I have it marked here on my phone that I'm looking at right now, I have missed calls 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Needless to say I canceled the appointment and will not be working with this office again.
