This will probably never be seen but.. CMS, (cc,) Lorena, My husband and best friend, have been treated with the utmost above-and-beyond service at this center on Wilmot, if you wanted service this good you'd pay a 5-star Treatment center thousands of dollars an hour. Lorena, The office's Most Underappreciated real-life angel And has never treated anyone who comes in with anything other than complete perfection and realism we are looking to get some recognition for this sadly rare service that she provides every day. I'm for sure nominating her for the above and Beyond Arizona Worker of the Year. And as I'm sure she will either love this or hate it Passionately It was only meant with the utmost respect that you deserve and I know It's not possible without a great TEAM and the team At Community Medical Center Carondelet, Tucson, Arizona. Is doing it so satisfactorily and above and beyond all expectations that we all have one thing to ask ...... CMS Carondelet ... NEVER CHANGE!!!!!!!! YOUR HARD WORK AND DEDICATION IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED and SEEN thank you.

Hello. I am a client with Community Medical Services.  I've been a client off and on for the past 6 years, but mostly on. I am on weekly dosing, and am sober. I had been a client at the location on Park.  I now attend elsewhere. Let me be VERY CLEAR, when I say, the administrator,  Keith is a great person.  Unfortunately,  he has people working for him who are not so great. The physician, at the location on Park, violated my HIPPA, and put my children and I in a very dangerous position,  as she leaked information from an appointment,  to a friend of my husband's..........before I even left the building. This physician was, and had been aware of the very violent past of my husband. She was aware of an ongoing domestic violence issue and an alcohol dependency issue.  My advice is to think twice before confiding in a physician at CMS. This has cost me a great deal. My mental health, my well being, and my finances have all been turned upside down because this "doctor" did not think before she spoke. Be careful. Thank you.
