        Ive been going to cms for 9 months now and I have to say I am extremely grateful for the staff up front Roxanne & Stephanie & Billy in the lobby who are extremely caring and supportive and are always quick to welcome u & give u guidance and helpful advice when needed or ready to give up. They always have a smile on their face are super kind and the lobby is constantly being cleaned. Thank you so much!

We welcome same-day walk-ins, providing immediate access to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) through 3 FDA-approved medications: methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone.
