        I didnt receive the patient experience survey, but my interactions with the medical providers at HH have been positive. Dr. Bonati was excellenthe listened and examined me. Despite understanding the difference between urgent care and primary care, it was frustrating to incur a high cost for my medication due to the medical assistants oversight in initiating a prior authorization in Epic, a process that could have been swiftly completed.

        Why is there always a long wait? Come on!!! Do not come here unless you are ready to wait a few hours just to check in.. literally you can hear the staff on the back laughing and hanging out while we seat and wait.
