        Service Advisor and mechanic that fixed my 2016 s600 reefer unit were awesome. Came in around 5pm friday night to have my unit diagnosed and was hoping they could get it taken care of before they closed, they wouldn't be open til Monday. Jason was the mechanic and had my unit up and running in about an hr. Dude was super knowledgeable and was able to diagnose that my alternator was bad in less than a min...lol something I had had another mechanic from the place I purchased it from in December try to figure out a few times, he just replaced the battery and a month later issue came back. So was relieved when Jason figured it out and had me out of there in an hr and haven't had an issue since.

        Call around 2pm to see if they could so a service pm & change the egr on my reefer they said yes and it took around 3 hrs . Nice

        Very poor CS. We were outside, and some ignorant employee decided to tell us, "Leave, go." we were parked in a way. WOW. GLAD WE GOT RID OF OUR THERMO KING!!!
