        Bought a sofa and recliner with cash. Steve told me we could get them reupholstered at any time for any reason for 5 years. Huge selling point for a guy with young kids. Thats all it is, sales tactics- and dishonest ones at that. Dont be fooled; they are really selling a protection plan that covers burns or accidents and NOT stains, and they will NOT reupholster your furniture. Never going back here.
