We bought 6 windows total. The entire process was simple and exactly what we were told. Consult, measurement, delivery and installation was perfect. Installation took 2 days total, but that had more to do with the fact that our house is adobe (everything takes more work).
Overall, I would recommend. The company and windows are great.

We are so happy that we chose Modern Resolution Windows! Our salesman James brought sample windows, did not pressure us into buying, and gave us a competitive quote. We ended up spending less than our neighbors did at the local big box store for replacement windows and a sliding door for the same condo configuration. The trim edge construction on our windows is superior to theirs. We received updates along the way on the order status via phone call from the project manager Emmanuel and via email. The windows were installed a couple weeks earlier than promised. The installers, Juan and Jorge, cleaned thoroughly after each window was installed, reviewed the locking devices, and asked if we had concerns as each window was completed. A couple screens had small holes from shipping and they replaced the screen fabric before they left. We've done many renovations and these installers are the best ever! We hardly hear any road noise and I'm confident that there will be much less dust in the house with the new Anlin windows. We've already noticed the effect of the low-E glass on the sun coming in through our west-facing windows.

Great experience from start to finish. Estimator & installers were top notch. On time for the installation & cleaned up well after door install. I would recommend as employees are prompt, courteous, & efficient.

Modern Resolution windows and doors is the best around! We were looking to have a few things replaced. They explained everything so I could understand what was what. They installed everything and did a great job!! Highly recommend them!
