        Terrible experience...I bought a groupon for this so I could try a colonic again after years. My first experience was great, however, I couldn't remember the name of the original place I went to. I read reviews for this place and did a little research before I purchased the groupon just for peace of mind. The place was clean and the staff was super friendly, however, I had issues the whole time. I don't want to get too into it, but it was just an unpleasant experience. Had this been the first time for one, I would've never had another

        I bought a Groupon for here weeks ago. Filled out on line questionnaire. Drove 110miles to have it done 9 days later. They literally canceled my appointment 49 minutes before bc they said I needed a doctor note bc I have cancer. Which i told them about on the questionnaire days before. I got a lot of "I'm sorries" no relief or any solution or future discount for driving 220miles round trip to have this done. 0 STARS IS MORE likely.

        Ive been to this establishment several times. I Must say they were always kind and very professional..My sister arrived here from North Carolina and she was very nervous about doing a colonic..The staff walked her through the entire process..They checked on her several times. I absolutely love the staff they even allowed me 10 extra minutes of what I call the red light special lol sometimes we call it the sweat box..inside joke..I had to cancel one time due to my co-worker not showing up to work I had to stay over to help out . I called 4 hours in advance and they were very understanding and allowed me to come in the very next day..I highly recommend this establishment Check it out for yourself I promise you will not be disappointed..

        I HIGHLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!!! Took my money and ran with it because I missed my appointment. I had a doctor's excuse why I missed....they just want their money. Offered me to come back for the same price I paid for the services I never received in the first place.

      Hi. Thank you for the feedback. When you say you had issues the whole time can you let me know if there’s something we could have done to make it better? I agree our place is clean and we have great staff so I’d like to know what we did personally to receive a 2 star review. Sometimes a colonic can be uncomfortable depending on what’s going on with the body. But we can’t help that. Please give us feedback. I pride myself on 4-5 star reviews.

      We canceled your appointment because you filled out our intake form online and listed contraindications for the colonic. You chose to come anyway even though you knew you marked an issue. We cannot see you when you have a contraindication and that is the reason we canceled it. And because we follow the scope of colon Hydrotherapy we could not see you. I should post your intake form and everyone reading this would agree to not see you without a dr note. It’s sad when a business gets Un warranted reviews when we have impeccable service.

      I had a feeling you were going to leave a bad review. I feel sorry for you. You cancelled on us twice and No Show No called on your appointment. I have amazing reviews for people who actually get s service with us. It is customary in any business to charge when you no show no call as we book and staff around appointments. If you had called the day off or the next day we could have handled it. But you called 2 weeks after your no show. You’re choosing to leave a bad review’ To lower our awesome ratings over your mistake.And we offered you the same deal to come in instead of charging you full price. We are in the business of helping people but not lowering our standards and giving free service to clients who don’t respect our time. And the $20 we get from Groupon is not taking your money and running when our regular price is $95. Holding people accountable for their actions sometimes costs a bad review. But it’s never really worth the time and money.
