Elicia is gentle and thorough. She always ask how the temperature of the wax feels. She also will recommend products and after care plus to give them a call or text for any questions or skin issues.

I have been waxing since the 80" Kenzea at this location. Her technique is amazing. She has the ability to make you feel completely comfortable and gets it done! Thank you for taking the time to hire employees that care about their work and your reputation. I will be back to see Kenzea again!

I have been going to the Rual.and Baseline location for quite some.time and I tell you the service is amazing from the time you first walk in the door. Saraphina and Kenzea are awsome waxers. Book with them you won't be disappointed. Service: Facial hair removal

I've been going to EWC for 10+ years and satisfied with their service. This one is a great location. Most waxers here are very efficient inflicting minimal pain. I recommend buying annual pass if you consider waxing regularly because it's convenient and saves you couple bucks. *I dropped my star rating from 5 while waiting to hear back from the manager in regards to the annual pass purchase. Little upset and feel like I was taken advantage. I will adjust the rating accordingly based on outcome. 2/12/24 Update 3/25/24 they made it right, so back to 5 stars
