Easy to make appointments, done when promised. Steve was on time, he did an excellent job, he was very professional and answered all of our questions. Will definitely use them again for our RO needs. Definitely recommended.

Robert Kagel was our in home consultant and had us sold within the first 15 minutes. The system we had installed has done wonders for us. The water not only taste great but due to the alkaline filter on our RO no more heartburn! On top of that my wife has had eczema her entire life and has not had a single breakout since the system was installed.

I recently submitted a free water testing packet in the mail through Home Depot and was so fortunate to be connected with Robert Kagel of Rain Soft. He came out the same day that I got a call back from the company about our basic results and went through a very thorough testing of our home tap water. I cannot say enough good things about this man! He felt like part of our family as soon as he came in - he is extremely personable, full of knowledge about the products and life in general, was not pushy or salesy whatsoever & gave us some invaluable information about water quality and our health. My husband and I purchased the home water purifying system as well as the air purifier & can't wait to use them! We are so grateful to have been introduced to Rob!

Updated:01/23/2020 We moved from our previous home and invited Tony back out to test the water in our new home. He was great once again and was really informative regarding the water we were using. We saw a considerable difference in the treated and untreated water and decided to move forward and have a water softener system installed! He was a pleasure to work with and we are excited to have our new system :) Tony was great!! He came out and tested our water and gave us great information! We are currently looking to sell our home and will be definitely do business with him and setting up a system in our new home!!

We are loving our rain soft system and Matt was really great and answered all the questions we had. Our water tastes great and we feel better knowing our family is not ingesting nasty chemicals
