        I have been trying to cancel my account with them for 2 months and they are unresponsive saying they will keep calling me but they never do. They keep charging me even though they aren't doing their service.

        Called them three times, and was hung up on twice and once left on hold for over an hour before I gave up. When I did speak for someone, she said she couldnt find our account when they changed the website so there is nothing she could do for us. What the heck?? I asked several times to speak with someone above her and finally when she went to consult with an expert advisor and put me on hold, guess what, she hung up on me. Please improve your customer service. This is ridiculous and pitiful.

        Predatory contracts are used. They ask random staff member to sign them. Then they enforce payment to stop services of thousands of dollars. This is corrupt and shady. Service: Waste recycling
