I felt really taken care of and listened to. Cece at the front was quick and efficient. Ashley in the back office was very caring and good at her job. Definitely working in the right field! And Josh my provider was exceptional. He listened to me, took his time, gave me great home care instructions. I had issues with the pharmacy after, and he was prompt make sure it was fixed when I called back in. He made me feel like a person and not "just another patient." I will be back for sure!

Very unprofessional. Shinika especially. I came in with a badly swollen hand and they refused to see me from a charge back from 2017. I needed to call a previous insurance company because I was unaware of the charge and needed to get it sorted out. I asked if I can be seen right now because I was in pain and I will get it paid after I call my previous insurance. They said it was their "policy" that they couldn't see me until it was paid. When I asked for a copy of the policy, they could not show it to me. I even paid for todays visit immediately and they still refused to see me. I asked to speak to a manager, however, their manager was no where to be found. I was forced to pay everything without giving me a chance to get it sorted out with my insurance. MY PHONE ALSO GOT STOLEN IN THE LOBBY AND NOBODY HELPED ME. THIS COMPANY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE NOT FEELING WELL/IN PAIN! I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE TO PAY BILLS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED BY MY INSURANCE JUST SO I CAN BEEN SEEN. ***DO NOT GO HERE!!***
