Update: Just got the Apex steering and HD ball joints installed on my Gladiator. We had some issues at the first appointment that resulted in having to order some additional parts. Once all parts arrived, install went very smooth. Very very happy with the result. Even though I was upset over the initial issues and was probably a pain that to deal with at that time, Chris still made it right. I am very pleased with all the installs and purchases I have had a Desert Rat. Carlos and Chris are great. Don't hesitate to stop in for any off road vehicle needs. Edit: Lift for my Father's vehicle went great. It turned out looking great and he loves the result! I also got new wheels and tires for my Jeep. Wheel and tire pricing was better than discount tire! This time around we worked with a gentleman named Carlos, he was awesome and I would recommend working with him. Edit: Gave them one more chance. Got a quote for a lift for a family members vehicle. They do good work but they were a little more expensive then other shops. I will likely still go with Desert Rat. Upped to 3 stars. Will update after install. Had my lift for my 2020 Gladiator installed back in December of 2020 and that experience was good and is the reason for the 2 star rating (otherwise would have been lower). Since then I have called several times and even stopped in to try and get a quote on what it would cost to get my Galdiator re-geared as well as possibly some lockers. I made the first call approximately a month ago. I have been told on almost every contact that they needed to make some calls and get back to me. Almost a month later and I still have yet to receive my quote or even a call back. For the lift they were great (if not for that it would be a 1 star) but now I don't think I would recommend them. (Update the employee I had this issue with no longer works there)

Doing a repair out of state for our Jeep, a college kid is selling for us. Horrific experience. Would not allow payment over phone so promptly mailed in a check and they held his credit card charge for 2 weeks AFTER the check was deposited and cleared the bank. Ridiculous. He's a college kid! So double paid for the repairs. The Jeep dealer that ordered new aftermarket accessories for us also said the repairs done were overcharged. Oh well lesson learned!

It's a great place to get off road and on road after market accessories for jeeps and other vehicles. It's a family owned and the people are friendly and knowledgeable
