I am impressed with the whitening services here (both the Tempe and Gilbert location). Ive gotten my teeth professionally whiten at multiple dentist offices and I truly prefer the work done by We Whiten. My gums are far less irritated than at the dentist and I appreciate that We Whiten does not use bleach. Ella has been the best specialist so far, would recommend her to anyone!

I went for my 2nd time and was helped by Natalie again who each time has been super sweet and helpful, very knowledgeable and has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Very pleased with her and with the results!!

A bit scammy, but OK. I was (rightly) suspicious of the unbroken chain of 5 star reviews, but decided to try the service out of convenience. On the plus side, I did feel that the amount of whitening I got was worth the money spent, but there were many minuses that will probably send me back to the dentist for my next treatment, even at higher cost. First, don't trust the pics you see in the reviews. I took my own before and after shots and the change isn't nearly as dramatic and the before and after shots We Whiten provide. I'm guessing they use a filter to enhance contrast. Second, they are always trying to upsell. When I told the receptionist that I have teeth sensitivity issues and just wanted to dip my toe in with a 30 minute session, they still tried to upsell me to a 90 minutes session, which I think is irresponsible. The tech did the same, though she was quite helpful overall. They then tried to sell me products on the way out the door and asked for a tip, which drives me crazy (does the dentist ask you for a tip when you get the same procedure there?) Another thing that bothered me is that I have an allergy to a common dental treatment ingredient, SLS, and when I asked the receptionist if they used it, my question was brushed off. Luckily, the tech was nice enough to do the research and find out the treatment was SLS-free, but here again, I thought the receptionist was being irresponsible. Finally, get ready to have your phone blown up with texts. I made my 1 pm appointment the same day at 11:30 am, and received 3 texts between 11:30 and 1 to confirm my appointment, then two texts within an hour after my appointment. So, was I happy with the result? Yes. Was I happy with the process? No. Maybe shop around.

I text the number and got all the information for an appt and a membership. I got there and the lady told me nothing i was told was correct and even the pricing is wrong. Complete waste of time and i drove across town for my appt. I would t recommend this to anyone. They wanted to set up a treatment plan for at home - anyone can buy products online and do that themselves.
