Was Helpful and arguably knowledgeable during prep. However after my returns got adjusted by the state and I tried to contact for some info and I have either gotten the run around or just no answer. A little info goes a long way, and in the interest of good business maybe some semblance of effort should be put into responding to multiple comms requests from your customers. Even if its to say an appt has to be made. I guess if you need the basics, this service may fit your needs, but apparently anything beyond that is probably something youll need to get elsewhere. Edit: got a follow up comm from the preparer, communication is key! Edit2: I really never got any insight on the adjustment, or follow up to questions I had.

I believe the two people who work here and very nice oriole. However, that's not enough to maintain a good business and certainly didn't help us get our taxes done.First off, my husband and I made an appointment to come in and get our taxes done and did the drive, with our new baby, just to find out that the person wasn't there because their online system doesn't take appointments properly.Ok. So the guy there was very nice and took her information and said the tax lady would be in touch with us to get her taxes done. Days later, she texted me asking a bunch of questions that didn't even pertain to us- she was working on someone else's taxes! We ended up filing an extension because we didn't feel like this place was organized enough to handle our business. Very nice people but horribly disorganized.
