        The first month free was a great incentive. Rate for a 1010 unit was fair. I only needed the unit for less than 2 months but the process to set up online was very easy. Getting to keep the lock and keys was a pleasant surprise. Jesse, the employee at 1450 S McClintock Dr, Tempe, AZ, was friendly and made the move-out process so quick and easy. My unit was clean, I had no issues getting 24/7 access, and the premises seem secure.
