        20 truck had obvious issues prior to leaving this location that were clearly ignored by service team. Inside of one front tire was bald, intense squealing noise when truck was in gear and moving. Broke down a few hours outside of town. Truck is not reparable. Even with the SafeMove coverage I purchased, this situation is incredibly frustrating and was avoidable. This truck should have never been provided to a customer.

        Had a quick, friendly, professional experience with Jazmin. We had a tow hitch issue, which she helped us fix right away. She was helping three customers at once and still managed to get us hooked up and on our way in a timely manner. Thank you so much!
