Terrible customer service. They sent wrong item. The agent said they would send the correct one and a return shipping label. They did not send the return label and now tell me to pay the shipping so that I can get a refund for the wrong item. I will be looking for a new company.

Tried to call and get services set up with an annoying beeping noise every time the representative spoke then they just hung up

I put a VERY expensive alarm system in my business. A year later I sold the property. The new owners said they were too expensive and went with another monitoring company. Now they are trying to charge me for the rest of the 5 year contract which I wasn't even aware of. When they installed they had me sign AFTER the installation. I am not paying $2300 for a property I don't even own anymore! Buyers beware at install or use another company.
