DO NOT send your child there or work there, the owner is awful and thinks ever child has autism. The owner is so rude to the parents. I worked there for months and was paid minimum wage but was expected to do so much work with so little pay. The owner is never there and when she is, she is so rude. She talks about all the kids and parents. They have cooks in the kitchen who feed 1 and 2 year old full grapes ( they are supposed to be cut ). The dont take proper precautions when a child is sick. A child had covid and the daycare did not get closed down for sanitization! The staff (me) wasnt even aware. They dont clean the cots the kids sleep on after use. Also, Camille ( who works at the front desk ) is a rude individual. She is so rude to the parents ALWAYS. She has no patience for kids at all. They dont care if a child has a dairy issue they will still feed them cheese if any kind ( especially lunch ). They put on a fake show like they are so caring and they are not! Teachers do not pay attention to the kids especially in the one year old class. Kids get bit and beat on all the time by one another. Please find somewhere else for your child to go, a better environment, and somewhere they will actually learn. The list goes on and on 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had toured another Bright Ideas Center and loved it. Thats the reason for 2 stars. I hoped that this one being closer to my husbands work would prove to be the same. Unfortunately, it was not. Thats why I cant give this one more than that. I called FOUR TIMES on my way to that center, no one ever answered. We arrive and theres NO ONE in the front foyer area. I call. No answer. My kids want to go down the hall, so I kinda loudly say hello?? Finally someone says the director is coming. She shows up and asks if I have an appointment on the schedule for today. I NEVER schedule tours because it is important to me to see authentic interactions between staff and children. She asked if she could take 10 minutes to get ready. No! Why do you need to get ready? It really felt like there was something to hide if she didnt want to just give me a tour right then. I didnt like that. We left. I get home and someone calls me. I couldnt get to it in time and tried to call them back, no answer. Its this specific day care. I have a voicemail asking to please call me back. I DID AGAIN AND STILL NO ONE ANSWERED. Count: 6 total phone calls over the course of generously maybe 2 hours. While this location may be close to where I need it to be for one of our jobs, Im amazed at the lack of professionalism in this location. What if my kids DID come here and I needed to urgently get in touch with the staff about a concern? Not so much as a portable phone with them to answer when theyre away from the desk. Thankfully, my kids and I all loved the first location, and if we decide to go with this company, it will be to that one. NOT the Tempe location. It was beyond frustrating dealing with them.

Every single staff member is caring and loving towards the children. This is a family establishment and you feel like part of the family here! My kids don't want to leave when I pick them up! I could write a novel with how amazing this childcare is

Weve been taking our daughter to bright ideas in Tempe since she was 6months old and we absolutely love it, let me first off by saying my husband was very skeptical with daycares and anyone looking out for our baby but as soon as we visited and seen how the infants room was well kept up and how the staff had everything in a routine my husband right away was convinced as they took care of her the way we take care of her they loved her as she loved the staff and other kids. My baby learned so much. To make a long story short our baby is almost 3yrs old we dont live in Tempe anymore and we drive out of our way everyday to drop her off and pick her up I work in Phoenix my husband in Glendale and we live in Tolleson so with that much said as long as we know our daughter is getting the best care and we dont have to worry about her while we are at work because we know shes safe it is worth the drive for us. We had once tried another daycare closer to home when she was 1 years old and in that 2 weeks of taking her we noticed a change in her and how unhappy she was every time we had picked her up all we want is best for her and whatever makes her happy and so far she loves it at bright ideas she loves all her friends that shes growing up with she loves to learn as they do such a good job at keeping their little minds busy with activities and crafts. There were few things we disliked and as long we brought it up to their attention they were always very good at making sure its getting taking care of. They always keep me updated and they got an app so I can see what time she napped what she ate and what shes learning its awesome

BEWARE! While the care my child received at this establishment was perfectly acceptable, the attitude of the owner, however, is absolutely detestable. My child attended this school almost a decade ago, and I am STILL livid with the treatment we received. In her earlier years, my child was a bit of a late bloomer--only very mildly, mind you. But as any other cautious and caring mother would, I discussed this at length with our pediatrician who assured us that there was no cause for concern at all. After taking my child here, the owner slowly began making remarks about my child's milestones in comparison to some of the other children in the age group. I politely listened to all of her input and suggestions of course, and had always welcomed the advice of fellow parents or child care experts. However, this is where the issue began. After the owner made a series of harmless remarks about my child's milestones, she then began to talk to me about how fetal alcoholism can cause delayed development in children. I beg your pardon? I couldn't believe what came out of her mouth. I was so offended and completely taken aback by her accusation. FETAL ALCOHOLISM? I was the type of pregnant mother who read every single book I could get my hands on on how to have the healthiest and safest possible pregnancy--just to give you an idea. And she dared to suggest that I drank alcohol while pregnant? Going off of absolutely nothing, merely passing judgment on another individual? Being that I am a tattooed parent, (devout Christian, employed, hardworking and college educated mind you) I all too often come across people in life who take one look at my tattoos and assume that I must be the scum of the earth and of course by extension--a terrible parent. I believe this is precisely what happened in this scenario. As a Christian myself, I expected far better from a child care facility that dwells within a church of the Lord. I can honestly say I would never, ever recommend this facility to anyone. A life filled with love, acceptance and tolerance (that also means without passing judgment on others) for all of mankind is a crucial aspect for any true Christian. Unfortunately, you will not find that here. Stay away!
