        Scheduled an appointment, had someone bring my vehicle to the shop after making payment and no one was there. Was there early and called customer service and automated message said I missed my appointment. Total scam!!!

        The staff at there multiple locations are almost always friendly, helpful and understanding. The device does what its suppose to do, the warm up times can get a little annoying though. The reason I scored them so is because of there call center support, or lack there of. Every single time Ive called them, it takes at least 45-60 minutes to speak to someone. Every time. Thats not an exaggeration. It doesn't matter what day of the week or what time of day I call, its always a 45-60 minute hold time. I usually select the option to have them call me back, but thats not always guaranteed. Ive missed a couple monthly appointments due to work or some other unforeseen circumstance, and the struggle of trying to reschedule it before the device locks you out is ridiculous even with the 3 day grace period. I would never recommend this company and really regret choosing them. Save yourself the struggle and look into another company.

        Avoid at all costs. They got bought out and the company wont staff properly. Ive been locked out of my vehicle for 4 days and havent gotten ahold of anyone Ive been on hold for a total of 4 hours today. After an hour it promos you to leave a message. They wont return my call. I prompted for the call back option no call back for 4 days now. Tried emailing Customer service havent heard back. The worst part is Im locked out for a missed appointment I tried to call and reschedule but no has called returned that call either. Im stranded with my car in the driveway - keep in mind this has happened multiple times. They got rid of their emergency line Id pay the extra fee (they used to charge extra for emergencies) - go anywhereeee else. Took a screen shot before their hold time times out just for this review - insanity
