Do not work for this staffing company they are very shady and do things that's not right I was hired for a csr position from Anna I was told it was a furniture store later it's a insurance co I did background and credit it took 3 wks I was approved from the employer then a week later after I did all the new hire paperwork and application she tells me I didn't pass background check she said I had to pass the cornerstone staffing background check that don't make sense you only do 1 I had a charge that is 11 yrs old that I did paperwork through court that sets aside conviction and vacated charge but anything over 7 years does not have to be reported unless level 1_2 fingerprinted like healthcare or law plus Arizona is now ban a box on background Arizona state law on background and credit check only goes back 7 yrs this is over 11 yrs old so what they are doing is making up their own rules and this is is after 4_5 week time period that I wasted trying to get hired and on with this company
