Working with Ephrem Jando was a great experience from start to finish!!! Ephrem was really efficient researching the right home for me. He was friendly and patient answering all of my many questions. Ephrem is the man. He helped me every step of the way. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing (still don't). He made the process stress free and painless. He's honest and gives great advice. Not to mention, he's super nice and has a great smile. Then he gave me a pie with a hand written note, very nice touch. I'm not saying you're also going to get a pie, but I'm saying you get exceptional service with Ephrem.
