Hired Paradigm for weekly pool service based on a recommendation from Angi. They charged my card but didn't show up for the first 2 weeks. They finally came for 3 minutes one day, took a picture of the pool, and left. Didn't actually clean the pool. They didn't show up the week after that. I tried to reach out to them multiple times but never heard back, so I emailed them to cancel service and never heard back on that front either. I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card since they clearly didn't plan on doing what they were hired to do. Don't waste your time with them

Grant was very friendly and professional! My pool was a disaster after a storm and not being properly cared for, but he got it sparkling and ready to use for the 4th of July! I definitely recommend!

We have been using Paradigm Pool Care service for almost a year and have continually struggled to receive quality and professional service. Our pool hose was frequently coming out of the wall and disconnected. When I had questions about why this was happening and what we needed to do to fix it the pool tech became visibly upset, irritably answered the questions. When I went inside to work from my home office I would hear him swearing loudly while talking on the phone about our conversation. This not only is unprofessional but embarrassing. If I could hear him inside my own house my neighbors surely could as well. I was also very confused when this happened because my questions and tone were not aggressive. That was just the first experience. Our pool has turned green multiple times and has smelled like algae. When we reach out via phone call and text we rarely get a prompt response and often times takes days to a full week to hear back. We ask for our concerns to be addressed and often times the techs come and go and do not address these issues. On top of all of this we try to get them to come out to address the issues, such as growing algae, and they wait to come shock the pool until Saturday hours before we have plans to use our pool. I would not waste your time or money on this service. ATTENTION: almost a year after leaving this review Grant found the businesses that my husband and I own and proceeded to leave 1 star reviews on both of them. Mind you he has never been a client nor inquired about services. He then proceeded to text and call my husband telling him to take care of him implying that he is using his reviews to threaten us to take our down. Im sorry but he earned this. I feel threatened and unsafe this point and have alerted the police of the strange behavior. Highly consider you other options. Honestly not worth it. Service: Water treatment

This company has neglected to do its simple duty for both of my pools and have allowed them to stay green for two months straight with limited communication. I advised them of one of the pools being green and after weeks of no reply, I was told that I needed to upgrade my filter and that the pool would be back to clear and blue within three days. I received updates from my Tenet who told me that it looked greener than ever. Not only have they failed to do the basic job duties, but they also provided me reports of "work" that has been completed. The security cameras that I have in the back yards tell a different story. Barely anything was done and the kid who serviced it was only there for 5 minutes or less. I should be refunded for the past two months of so called "service" that this company has completed since I have now paid a new pool cleaning company extra for them to get the pool from green back to blue again. Oh, and guess what? The new pool guy was able to get my pool from green to blue in two days. These guys were good in the beginning, but after two months of good service they just gave up and provided me with zero communication on why they not only let my pools turn green, but they did nothing to correct the problem. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company's work. I will be waiting for a refund of the past two months of payments due to neglect of their simple duty of keeping my pools clear and blue. Their services are no longer required and I hope this is not how you treat all of your clients.
