very poor service. They work with no gloves but with a winter street hat and a hood that's why they don't hear the customers, argue when I said why they charged me for 2 lemonades instead of one, pretended they didn't hear me, rolled their eyes and told they are going to call the security and after said "call the security", they stopped bullying. The manager was also rude, aggressive and disrespectful, first, she said she can not hear me and refused to come closer, then she came to my table when I was eating and started to harass me very aggressively. Now I understand why so many negative comments about this place. Service is worse than ever. Never ever come here again. Minus all 5 stars. By the way, I found the security person, he was very nice and promised me to report to his management.

Completely unacceptable service. We ordered a full size pizza which they tried to get us not to at first, when the server finally said ok to us getting a full size pizza he rolled his eyes, and when we received the pizza it was soggy, wet, and the toppings literally fell off as we were grabbing it so we had a plain pizza and had to scoop the toppings from the box. Horrible experience.
