This doggie day care facility has no trainers or groomers as they claimed when I brought my dog to this facility for daily care while I work. I enrolled Benjaminat this facility on December19 2023. My dog is a 3 yr old labradoodle that is the most passive mellow dog there was until Iast Friday April 6th 2024 when I was told that Benjamin was super aggressive toward other dogs and I should consider only bringing him every other day ior finding another facility to take him to with a trainer. I explained to them my position and the reason Ben was there because I am single and work Monday through Friday. Their response was we will watch him and work with him. I left thinking everything would be ok. I did not bring Ben. To the day care on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. On Wednesday picked him up and the first thing I was told was they are refunding me the money in my account annf was told Ben was not welcome there again. and was told I could not bring him back because he attacked three dogs and bit them. I demanded proof of these allegations through the video tapes on record the first response from the manger was no and I demanded to see the videos. She showed me one and could not find anymore videos showing Ben biting a dog and the video clip showed Benjamin chasing a dog but he did not bite a dog. Understand prior to Friday March 29th the handlers at this facility would tell what a great friendly dog he is. He was one of the best dogs in facility and everyone loved him. Then over night my dog became this aggressive doodle and never had aggressive behavior of any kind I question the ability of this company to have a staff that can handle dogs properly. And throw a well mannered dog out does not make sense or appropriate. Hes a dog and they did not give him a chance and change the way they handled him. Instead someone in that facility should not be handling dogs. . Additionally, to advertise that they are trainers and groomers to get you to sign up your dog is false advertising and misleading to the public. Stay away from this place is my recommendation.if any one would like for a ba k up to my story before signing your dog up email me and I will give you additional information.
