CANNOT get ahold of this company. Have called a dozen times with busy tone, no way of contacting them, filled out a form. WILL NOT CONTACT ME BACK, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Would leave a 0 star if I could.

I used to use Ahwatukee Pest Control. I only needed treatment once per year. APC charged $80 for a visit. Then, Schendel bought out the local company. First year, Sh. honored the local price, and did an okay job. Second year, they wanted more than double for the same service. So, I rarely give bad reviews, but that is complete corporate BS. And, you can do much better than this ripoff corp.

First I call and the phone sounds like it's 50 ft away from the person on the other end. Second he was in training and didn't have the slightest clue what he was doing. I asked for a quote and he had to hand me to someone else. Usually training is done with the trainee listening and studying until they know a little of what they are doing. So then this woman gets on the phone going on an on about an annual contract, sorry I'm not signing anything committing myself to a company for pest control. but I listened for a price. Then after all that she asked what state I was in and I was told that they only do commercial in Arizona. Well shouldn't that have been the first question then? That wasn't what made me angry. She then in a condescending manner told me that I should look in the Yellow Pages for a small local company. Are you kidding me? Totally unprofessional from beginning to end
