        For the last year Ive only been going to jiffy lube as theyre basically the ONLY place that lets me bring my own oil and filter (which I am really picky about for my 1.8t beetle). Most jiffy lubes do a great job and Ive never had a complaint. This location was different though. Luis and his team went above and beyond. Did great work, took excellent care of my VW and even washed the windows and vacd the floors totally unexpected! Will be back to THIS jiffy lube.

        I like that they are efficient with their time and they still check all the points. The manager always reminds me to use a coupon if I have one.

        Not good experience in my oil change. They send coupons but don't honor them. Charge me more than 3 time the coupon value. Just not ethical.
