Nail Time & Wax

Im just say they are really good but I prefer the young lady who has the ear pierced. She did my toes so good! I really wanted to come back for that same reason. Instead I got someone I tried to explain how I wanted them and gave me white toe nails instead of what I wanted. Its not what I wanted. Definitely not requesting this lady in glasses no more. I came happy to get my nails done and Im leaving disappointed and not happy with my nails.

I think this place has went under new management, different set of people, the salon looks different, on top of their horrible customer. I went for a pedicure, the nail tech didn't even say hello or anything for that matter, Ive gotten better customer service from robots! She didn't massage my feet at all ( which is a part of the pedicure). A smile, Light conversation and actually performing the full service someone pays for goes a long way! It explains why the salon was empty!

Kalina is a sweetheart! While initially, it wasnt what I asked for based on the reference pic I showedmy fault!! She was soo understanding when I kindly explained that and without hesitation, agreed to meet with me later (30minute wait) and make some adjustments. I couldnt be happier with what I left with (pictured) She suggested the chrome powder and it is just OKKKKURR
