I came here based on all the rave reviews and was deeply disappointed. The owner mentioned something about losing some staff in the past week, and there was no one in the salon but me. I asked for a simple French manicure coffin nail. What I received was absolutely horrific, they were square, thick and short. I spent $70 to come home and soak it all off in acetone and do press-ons instead.
