Working with Dallen West was a real pleasure. He is very knowledgeable, and took time to explain everything to me in terms that were very easy to understand. He even worked with me to help me instantly improve my credit score. His responsiveness was incredible, and he was not afraid to pick up the telephone to let me know an important email was sent (or to give me a gentle reminder). His honesty and candor was a breath of fresh air. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my closest family members, because he treats everyone like a well loved family member. He will be the only Loan Officer that I will ever work with again.

I am so grateful to Dallen for all of his hard work. He makes the process so simple and easy to understand. There was never any doubt that he had our best interests at heart and helped provide all the information needed to make the best decision for us. There was never a delay in communication and he was more than willing to run the numbers for us to help compare different strategies. We had a bad experience when we first bought our home as we weren't given the best information and I was apprehensive to go through it all again. Dallen put that all at ease as I would never hesitate to use him again and recommend him to others.

This was my third time using Peoples Mortgage, one origination and twice to refinance. The process only seems to get easier with their online secure document uploads and e-notifications. Dallen is very knowledgeable with all of the loan products and options available. I highly recommend using Dallen West at Peoples Mortgage.

We have used People's Mortgage two times now and worked with Dallen both times. He is awesome! He was friendly and supportive through the whole process. His communication was consistent and made sure we fully understood the process throughout. We will definitely use him again!
