My partner & I had an amazing experience buying our first home with Jaime as our realtor. The market is really tough right now, but she was incredibly responsive, proactive, and knowledgeable, and we absolutely love our new home, which is perfect for us! We're a queer couple and Jaime was always respectful and welcoming, and even advocated for us regarding legal name/gender issues during the escrow period. We couldn't have asked for better. Our experience with Jaime was fantastic from beginning to end. We were first time home buyers and needless to say we were extremely nervous. She walked us through each step carefully and thoroughly and she never ever pressured us. She had no problem driving all over the valley to see multiple properties and she helped us narrow down our search quickly. The day we found our new home, we were in the middle of touring a few spots in the same area and she got a message that they were going to stop accepting bids that evening. We knew it was the one for us so Jaime hopped in her car and started creating a proposal immediately. We rushed home to get to a computer and signed everything. We got a call, maybe an hour later, and they accepted our bid! She was extremely helpful with the inspection, negotiation and closing process until we received our keys. Our home is perfect and we will remember this experience forever. Thank you Jaime!!!
