Jordan may seem charming and helpful however that was not my ending experience with him. He came into this deal knowing what was going on with my home and what closing entailed. He made me think we were going to get my home sold and I really believed in his word and what his company represented. Initially under unfortunate circumstances my foreclosure date was scheduled in October, however we got it pushed out because we couldnt close in time for that date because he wanted me to do modifications on the home loan. My bank pushed out the date two months and we were all excited knowing we had plenty of time to get this deal completed. He expressed how his family was actually going to be moving into the house and I had nothing to worry about. During these two months I had other investments/realtors reach out saying they were interested in buying/investing, however I stayed loyal to Jordan since he assured me this deal was going to end well. Two weeks prior to my new foreclosure date Jordan stopped communicating me. Not a text, call or email. At this time I had nowhere to go or any other option with only now 5 days left until my foreclosure. I have messages to show how he was sure we were good and just waiting for funds from another transaction. If something went wrong with the funds then a simple call of explaining what happened would have sufficed, but nothing. Now, as a single mom, I will be having to file bankruptcy which he had made me believe I wouldnt have to do that. I would not recommend working with Jordan or anyone from his company due to the sheer fact that he basically ghosted me and really screwed me over. This isnt just a oh well the deal fell through, this will affect me for the next 7-10 years.

Jordan is the best to work with! He is one of the best Realtors in the area to work with as a first time home buyer. He helped me find a condo in the Fountain Hills area and explained the process from start to finish! He always made sure to check in with me to make sure I was aware of what was going on and what I should expect. Im looking forward to working with Jordan to purchase some Investment properties in the near future!
