Charles has been the best! When my husband I decided to relocate to Arizona we reached out to multiple agents. None were responsive or even appeared to be interested. It was not until we came in contact with Charles. Charles has been responsive and excellent since the first phone call. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and if there is something you need an answer to that he may not know. He will definitely do his best to find the answers you seek. Charles went above and beyond to provide updates such as photos of our new build while we were still located in CA (which should have been the builders job).
