Unfortunately this is the closet location to where I live because it happens to be the worst jimmy johns ever I have ordered pick up on multiple occasions showing up well past the latest ready time to be told it hasnt even been started and then told hes brand new and no one else is there then Ive ordered delivery twice first time I waited 45minutes second an hour an 20 just to get a refund Im sure they lose money everyday theyre open this location should be closed because management has no idea how to run it because theyre chronically unstaffed

Not sure whats happening with this location, but they need to get it together. In the last 4 weeks ive probably ordered from here 3-5 times delivery about 1/2 mile away. They only delivered ONCE ! I had to either go pickup order or cancel because I would get a call about an hour after ordering saying they cant fulfill my order. I picked up twice and canceled once. Both times I had to make them adjust the price to reflect removing all the delivery fees and driver tip. Not impressed by this restaurant at all, Definitely not Freaky Fast !

Done ordering from this location. The last three times(including this one), the orders have taken from 60-90 minutes because they have apparently ran out of bread. Each time informing me that they have taken steps to resolve the issue, well?......how about now?

Horrendous customer service. Whoever was working February 25th evenings should be fired. Absolutely unbelievable, we walked in and up to the register and the two guys standing there completely ignored us for a solid few minutes. They then tried to tell us they were out of bread, and asked us if they could use the miniature bread for our full size sandwiches, and held up what was closer to a bread stick than a sandwich bun. You couldn't have fit anything in that tiny stick of bread. What a ridiculous proposal.
