        I dropped in while my car was being worked on. My first visit ever, and I was impressed. The server was so nice. My breakfast was delicious. Best patty sausage I've had, and the gravy was the closest to homestyle southern I've had since I've been in the southwest. Highly recommend.

        I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. It was a very good burger. Our waitress was amazing and was very thorough. Everyone was very courteous.

      In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Their mission was simple: create a fun and friendly atmosphere where the local community could enjoy huge portions of home-style cooking at a reasonable price. Today, we continue their mission at every Black Bear Diner across the country, as we passionately provide guests an outstanding experience.
