I loved this place so much, I was spending about $200 per month there on a variety of products with no regrets. The people were nice and the owner very friendly, and I recommended them to my friends. Then a few weeks ago, I was sold a vape that was good for two puffs before it died. No biggie, I'll just charge it. But to my dismay, it would not charge. I tried another charging cord to make sure it wasn't an issue on my end, but it still wouldn't charge and I realized the vape itself was defective. Again, no biggie, they will make good on this vape, so I thought. Boy, was I wrong. Ryan refused to exchange the vape for one that worked. He even admitted that they had been having issues with that particular brand. "We don't do anything with vapes" he said. I wasn't sure what that meant, until he made it clear that he was not going to make good on the product. I wasn't even asking for my money back, just an exchange. The best Ryan said he would do was discount another vape. They sold me a vape that not only did not work, but now wanted me to give them more money? I've taken my monthly fun money elsewhere. I have to wonder, from a business standpoint, was it really worth losing a loyal customer over a $15.99 vape?

Visiting from out of town. Luckily they were close to my Airbnb, and had a nice selection. If I am back in the area I would shop here.

Awesome smoke shop with great selection of vapes and rolling papers glass and neat nick nacks. They always have fire music playing. Slaps all day. The guys that work there are usually really chill and friendly. I like this smoke shop it's very comfy
