Majestic Water Spouts

We have had a few transactions with them totaling less than $5K, nothing that would warrant strings being pulled. Their operations manager, Samantha, is a champion. She has mastered the art of customer service. I sent an email a few hours ago and HOPED for a return email over the weekend with very low, realistic, expectations. She just replied to my email at 10:00PM on Good Friday(Easter weekend). For all I know she had the day off like all our kids from school today. She has gone out of her way more than once to expedite our order and squeeze in overnight shipping at the buzzer to facilitate projects where we didn't have selections until late in the build process. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Majestic Water Spouts was so friendly and knowledgeable. The water spouts we ordered for our custom fountain turned out great and the product quality was excellent.

I purchased a copper water feature for our pool renovation project and it turned out perfect. I asked numerous questions and they had answers to all my questions. Wish there were more companies out there like this!

I bought a 48 Nakano spill way that came damaged when delivered. The box it was delivered in was undamaged and well protected. But when I opened it, it had a dent on the corner that broke the corner weld and smashed part of top down onto the spillway. The gal at Majestic told me it was the contractor who is at fault which is me did the damage and denied any blame or liability for it. She said I should try and sell my damaged spillway on EBay. $650 down the drain! Steer clear from Majestic Water Spouts
