Kishan fosters an incredibly safe, respectful, and empowering atmosphere that has served my growth immensely. Seeing as this is my first experience with therapy, I could not have dreamed of a better practitioner. He has helped me work through some traumas, helped challenge self-limiting beliefs, and motivated me to make realistic changes that align with my best self. Even on the really hard weeks I look forward to coming to therapy with him- trusting that I will be accepted and welcomed no matter how I am that day, and knowing that my New Girl references will be appreciated. I am extremely thankful for Kishans impact on my life and cannot recommend him strongly enough! I am so thankful for the opportunity to have learned so much and grown with his guidance!

I worked with Kishan for 10 months doing CBT and brainspotting. I used to be fearful of dating and losing my job- aka security anxiety. Now, I feel very excited to date and all my worries around my job are gone! I used to be anxiously attached and now I can confidently say I am secure attached!! Kishan was very welcoming and inquisitive. It was my first time working with a therapist and he set the bar high! His holistic and curious approach helped guide conversations to uncover root causes. Very grateful to have worked with him! Im only stopping bc I am moving out of state! He also helped me with meditation and grounding! Very well rounded therapist and I recommend him to anyone in AZ!! Hes the best!

It can be hard to find a therapist that you trust and feel comfortable with. Therapists are not one size fits all, so it can be frustrating and time consuming to find the right one for you. From my experience (and I'm sure others), Zabeba Badada is an amazing therapist who has been so helpful in my journey of self-discovery. She is professional, caring and supportive, yet also offers thought-provoking and challenging sessions that encourage personal growth and development. This has helped me to deepen my understanding of myself, my life influences, and how to make positive behavioral changes to facilitate a positive life. In addition, she has also been flexible in accommodating my schedule, by providing tele-medicine and in person sessions! Overall, I would highly recommend Badada to anyone looking for a therapist who will truly care about their wellbeing. Thank you again, Z!
