I've been trying to set an appointment for a week. The schedule button sends you to a 404 error page. If you click "schedule now" through the evaluations page the "find a doctor" doesn't work. when I called I was sent to voicemail I've left voicemails and got no responses. And I've tried the chat feature and again zero answers.

Unfortunately due to a very negative experience I need to update my review. After scheduling an appointment online and then filling out the paperwork I was sent via text, I was never notified about my appointment and then never heard anything back from this company after calling them about missing said appointment. When you are looking to get a prescription refilled please dont expect it to be in a timely manner. This place can be somewhat unreliable to their patient's and that is a shame. I have been coming here for a little over a year. Before I saw Christopher Bradshaw this place to me was a solid 2 but after meeting with him for the first time I feel so much better about my time at Alevea. He completely understood what I was asking and didnt try to push any other medication on me as my previous provider did. THANK YOU

Just called today to possibly try to find a new therapist or treatment based on good reviews, however even though their phone system says theyre currently accepting new patients, the receptionist who answered said they are currently all booked up.

Dr. Bradshaw stabilized my mental state. I feel so happy that I never felt before. My doctor listens and cares. He is easy to talk to. I am grateful that I found Dr. Bradshaw. I recommend Alevea for anybody that has depression or any kind of mental issues.
