Place is good. Scheduled an appointment online and had no issues. People working their are nice and I didn't have to wait long. This will be my normal doctor office now

There are so many different issues with this office do not even waste your time. A month ago, I called this office to schedule an appointment to have my birth control implant in my arm removed and replaced. Today I called to confirm my appointment since they didn't send any kind of follow up to remind me of the appointment. I was also calling to confirm if they had the implant available for the procedure when I was informed that the provider would not even be able to do the procedure, because I am a new patient and they have to do a consult appointment first. Not sure why that's necessary considering I am coming in for a very straightforward procedure. On top of this, the next available appointment they had to actually do the procedure was, you guessed it, a month away. Seems like this office just wants to waste your money on multiple co-pays and waste your time. I called my local Planned Parenthood and they were able to schedule me an appointment for the next day to remove and replace my implant. Needless to say this establishment does not actually have patient health in mind just dollar signs.

JUST PLAN TERRIBLE. What kind of health care facility can't even cure you of a yest infection but charge me over $400 for the visit and $40 prescription and still not cured. Arizona needs real doctors. Smh sad
