We had high hopes of finding a food clinic and doctor when moving to this area. Oak Street Health provided us with nothing but heartache and misery. It was extremely difficult to schedule an appointment and even more difficult to talk to your provider. No matter what happened or what we needed, the doctor never called. Promises were made but never kept. We talked several times to office manager as well as doctor. Every time we brought op our concerns they said they would be addressed and also acted as if it was first time hearing of it. Both promised to put us in touch with someone higher up to help us. Never happened. Then today I get a call out of the blue from Jheris and she acted surprised when I said we no longer wanted to come to that clinic. Seriously??? The misery you put us thru should be the first clue. The lack of customer service should be the second. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, etc... I could post particular details but won't bother because they will just refute what I am saying and try to lie themselves out of it. If you want decent help for a senior person in your life, do not bring them to the Tempe location. I promise you it won't be what they say.

Friendly, organized and professional. Very easy to schedule appointments and labs. Its very nice that appointments and labs are done at the same facility.
