These have to be some of the stupidest people I have ever met. Therapy really doesn't provide any support after the fact of whatever issues had happened. I was there once during an active bomb threat. It wasn't a surprise with the appalling services that were provided. They moved the employees to a different room. Probably closer to an exit incase anything happened and the clients were left in a centralized room to be right in harms way.

I've been stuck at terros for years. I really wish I could transfer to Chicanos por LA causa but there never is any openings. The case managers only do home visits and contact you when the bosses are hounding them to do so or they'll probably be in trouble. They lie on your medical records if you upset them. All the times I've been in crisis they cannot help me. I thought this place was so we could get help with mental illness and terros just makes it way worse. I've definitely been forgotten and lost in the system. I have no advocate. I been trying to advocate for myself. They more than likely are scamming ahcccs of their money. Their licenses should also be suspended until this place gets some real help in there.
